W2 - Day 5

Woke up (0630)

Breakfast (0730): Oatmeal

Snack (0930): small orange

Lunch (1200): small bowl spagetti with turkey meat sauce.

Snack (1530): nachos with whole pinto beans and cheddar cheese, 4 90 shillings

Exercise (1830): Workout week 2.

Dinner (1930): cup cottage cheese

Snack (1100): bottle of wine and a movie
