W3 - Day 1

Woke up (0630)

Breakfast (0700): Oatmeal with water

Snack (0900): cottage cheese

Lunch (1130): tuna sandwhich on wheat

Snack (1230): small orange

Dinner (1900): small bowl of chineese food.

Workout (2000: Week three. Did max reps.

Snack (2100): 8oz protein, small glass prune juice.

Bed (2230).
